    It would be unfortunate if the NRLB is doing this for nothing more than political gain but it is rather hard to know their motivation for sure. It certainly is plausable that a company could retaliate against a union by creating another plant with the plan of eventually laying off all those striking workers at some point in the future. For that reason, I am not ready to condemn the NRLB out of hand.

    Have they brought these kinds of lawsuits up before only to continually lose them? If so, that might point to a malicious intent. Having more Dems than Reps is not enough evidence for me to accuse them of doing anything wrong.

    I did some very quick and not very thorough look on the NRLB website and a few google searches. A couple articles I read said this is the first lawsuit of its kind from the NRLB.
