Huh, define foreign country.. Because most of the civilized countries I have been too, cops don't dare to do this shit..

Only stricter law enforcement I know of is dictatorships, Muslim countries including the Philippines, and un-civilized countries..

USA is known for having a very strict law enforcement..

i do agree that the youth today get away with A LOT, but i mean come on...this girl took her mother's car without permission and caught the 2piece and a biscuit from officer dan.

Who cares what the little bitch said to "push him over the edge." A cop should have a little more self control than what he exhibited. Cops get shit talked all the fucking time, and he let a 15 year old girl push him over the edge? Getting a shoe kicked at your leg isn't the worst that can happen to you if you're a cop.

Oh no the cop got punished to the full extent of the law..yea right.He only got fourth-degree assault. The only one that is a misdemeanor when all the others are a felony. Assaulting a minor is a FELONY for anyone else.

I bet if a man of the same size as that guy assaulted a woman cop of the same size as the girl, it would have been attempted murder...
