I agree he is in the wrong, but I guess as a black male I was taught to always have my id on me and keep my mouth shut and play nice if I have to deal with cops.

Cops have a stressful job, and a lil teen bitching at you and then hitting you with her shoe is enough to make anyone lose their head for a sec.

I agree, I would never try a cop.. But if you justify that, you have problems..

Like Redej said, just hand cuff her.. A cop should use force only when needed.. When he is under attack or threatened.. Not a shoe hitting his foot from a teenage girl with an attitude (which is all of them)..

I am not justifying it, but I am not surprise at the outcome. A cop is not a teacher that would not pay that kind of stuff no mind. The shit does not surprise me. Thats why my kids will know to atleast show respect to officers even if the officer is in the worng, b/c in those type of situations they're in control.
