Well the charges were dropped and the cop was not convicted of anything.. Which means you can do what he did since our justice department follows precedence..

I read the posted article and it said he was formally charged earlier this month. Did it say why the charges were dropped as that was an open and shut civil rights violation case.

That said, the rest of my statement stands. Stereotyping a group because of the actions of 1 is simply wrong on every conceivable level.

Niether am I taking up for the two cops in this, but what BaginJimmy said is competely true. You have no idea what that girl did to push him over his limits. Of course, he handled it in a wrong manor, but I'm about 99% positive she gave them a shit ass attitude all the way to the cell. When she kicked her shoe at him, it obivisouly pushed him over the his limit.
