Honestly it doesn't matter WTF you think or anyone thinks about GAY MARRIAGE, this is more of a concern of having the government be able to dictate who you can and can't marry.

Lets say we run into extraterrestrials, and they are sentient peaceful (or more powerful than us) beings and we all get along all happy doo-dah. Under current laws, our gov't forbids us from marrying one of those aliens. Thats bullshit, if i wanna marry a fucking alien I can marry a god damn alien.(pun intended)

The government does not have say in who I can and cannot dedicate my life to. Even then marriage is a religious ordeal, it should be left up to the religion and its advocates to enforce religious laws WITHIN the religion. Its also bullshit that these fuckers are running crying to the government saying people are breaking laws in their religion but theres shit they can do about it besides damn their soul to hell. So they beg the government to make it illegal so that said damned soul would face immediate repercussions in this world and be faced with fines/court and whatever bullshit they can do. GARBAGE.
