Default New guys from LaGange, GA (Hour south of the airport)

Hey Everyone! My name is Ethan, me and my brother Jeremy run a shop down here in LaGrange, GA. We used to live in Norcross and hang out alot in the Gwinnett car scene (old Sonic meets over on riverside, BP meets at pleasanthill). Not sure if anyone remembers but we use to come out in the RHD AP1 S2000 (black at first, and then eventually bass boat silver metal flake on the flat black 5zigens). Anyway we're trying to get back into the Atlanta scene more lately so figured I'd finally sign up over here; we've both been on 240atl for years.

    Here's some of our cars:

    '85 Cressida street/show car:

Custom painted black with green & gold pearl, roof metallic green base with multiple coats of various size/color green metal flake over the top

    S14 Shop drift car project
Toyota/Lexus 1UZ swap using KA 5spd transmission, setup with a custom in-house fabricated single turbo kit running a T4 T70. Car's got all suspension arms, coils, subframe collars, bushings, cut and tubed front end, stitch welded chassis, full color changed to Mazda velocity red, engine bay and front end metal work is painted Toyota super white

Still got a few things to finish up before the cars running but we're getting really close, project has been put on a slight hold while we take care of some customer projects

Anyway to wrap it all up; hey guys!

Update on the S14 project, got the transmission and motor all bolted back together for the final time w/ the custom bellhousing adapter, clutch kit, etc.. Got it all mounted back in the car for the first time since paint!

Both cars look really nice! What kinda power do you anticipate the s14 making? built block?

Thanks man, as for power on the S14... it's a stock unopened motor for now, so probably just looking at running pretty low boost. Exact numbers to be determined, but I can say that it'll be putting down more than most peoples LS1 swaps and we've spent way less on it

The 1uz is a neat ass motor, and they sound fantastic when opened up. Im excited to see what you guys end up getting out of it.

Yeah they're pretty overlooked as an affordable swap option for many cars. I mean when you want to go big numbers, it's pretty difficult and expensive if you want to stay N/A... but if you have reasonable power goals and are looking for a solid, over built, reliable motor with plenty of usable torque, you can't hardly beat it. A lot of LSX fans trash on 1UZs because of there stock power rating, but per liter it actually makes more power.
