I hope you have a lawyer and plan on taking a defensive driving class + do a few hours of community service before you show up. It'll look better for you.

actually that'll look dumb, the judge will think you're trying to suck up if you dont already do community service, or if you didnt take the defensive driving to lower your insurance.

but, if the judge DOES cut you a break, expect to do community service and a defensive driving course.. if thats what you were reffering to, then just tell me to stfu

When you go to a lawyer for a traffic offense (speeding, reckless etc) they will tell you to go take a defensive driving course and it's almost guaranteed that the judge will give you community service so why not just go ahead & do it do show him that you are sorry.
