i dont think that car is worth restoring. The cost to make it road worthy would probably cost more than one that was already road worthy, unless you have the skill to do all of the labor yourself. Is the car worth $500? easily.... you could part a few body panels and get your money back.

To repair? - absolutely not, complete waste of time.
To part out? - could make a few bucks, but it's no gold mine.
