The day my brother called the cops,He called me I was 10mins away at my GF house.So I was flying down 138.I figured cops would be there before me.I got home and my brother was standing at his back door.Soon as he saw me,he said"I layed back down didnt see anything,Next thing I know bike was gone.I heard a crash.(Guy tried to push bike down a hill that has a crazy angle on it and fell.)My brother called cops they really didnt care who knows if the guy was waiting in the backyard or what.The operator didnt care,So when she didnt say she was sending a unit.He went and got his gun,Because the bike was laying in the backyard.Near the sewage drain,he thought the guy dropped it and hide in the woods waiting.That is why he called the cops but with the operator being a asshole.He did what he felt was right to keep his self safe.Yea the law is crazy because what if the guy really wanted it and decided to hide and ambush him.

My mado has always been if im going to shoot somebody im going to make sure he is dead no way they are hearing him make up a bunch of bull shit to get me in trouble . One story will be told and thats mine . I dont think he is trying to ride your ass and there is somethings you can get away with but basically by putting stuff like you have on the internet (weither it is just to detore theives are not ) can be used as premeditated and for that they will threw the book at you . I even ran into this guy years later and he seems as atrait as it gets says he dont know what he was thinking really a cool guy now almost makes me feel bad about what happened back then . People do grow up sooner or later most of the time . As bad as i hate theives unless they were truely threatning my familys life i do not want to live with the burden of killing anybody .
