Model: 4dr Accord Ex
Year: 1998
Exterior Condition: Some minor scratches and dents, paint on roof fading
Interior Condition: Fairly decent, driver seat slightly worn
Vin: upon request
Mods: Eibach lowering springs, intake, AND most important of all- 03 accord sixspeed transmission!!(and $700 custom wiring harness to make everything work correctly).
Price: 4700 obo
This is my buddies car and he just wants to see if there is any interest.

HMMMM....As a fellow 6thgenner.... Even if you have a decent price for the car... Im going to say the car is a fake.

Hence only because the 03 Accord 6 speed tranny is not compatable with the J30 motor.

The only thing I know that would work with the 6th gen V6, is the cl-s tranny.

In which hence forth if this is the CL-S tranny and not the 03 Accord V6... than G/L Selling it, in which it would be the 2nd 6th gen Accord V6 with a manual tranny in the SE.

JDMef88- thank you for being the only person on here with a brain. the 100k is up there just because we are required to post a price. theres no way in hell anyone could expect to recieve 100k on an accord, and even if i were to sell a car worth $100k i sure as fukc wouldnt post it on ia with all the lowballers, and lets face it i doubt anyone on ia has $100k to throw into a car, i know i sure dont.

I was about to say what Whiteaccord said.. as far as I know, the accords NEVER came 6 speed.. that was an acura CL thing (granted they are both the same). Furthermore, the 6cyl accords only came in automatics, which means that for the CL 6 speed transmission to work, you would need to socket the accord's ECU to run a manual program, or socket a CL's ECU to run a program for the accord's engine. I was throwing the idea back and forth with one of the guys at Killswitch, but I think he scrapped the project. Last time I saw his car it was sitting stock at the old Killswitch.

Anyways... long story short, if this is real, there's a hell of a lot of work done to it and my hat is off to whoever took the time to make it work.

BUT, until I see more pics, I'm calling bullsh!t.

Chill the F$^K out. It's the internet, and a cool, but usually too dificult of a swap for most accord owners to afford and correctly due, so when you think about it, it's the people wondering if it was really all done without any original pictures or engine and tranny vin codes as the rules stated.

But now you've fixed that.... and since you thought all these people were talking crap, I'll make one funny at your friend so that maybe you can take a deep breath and chill out.

I think it's hilarious that your friend built a cool car that I'm sure is really fun to drive....

But.....

Rut Roe, thanks for your concern, just to let you know, i dont need chill out, because im not worked up. i just think its funny how people run their mouths about things they have no idea about, but i will take parshal blame because i should have posted more pics from the get-go. btw he now has two wipers back on, but I am rockin the 1 "euro" wiper on the hatch!!!! swap is totally doable....a friend from TN has had his running for years now...full CL-S swap in his 98-99 accord coupe...and its bitchin....as long as you use a cl-s, or one of the 05+ tl 6-speeds out of the new j32's than u should be straight...it just seems like a very labor intensive swap...kudos for doing it though!
