first off just want to say hi! im new to IA. i recently bought a 96 integra ls with a jdm b18b engine swap!. this is my first time dealing with a honda/acura platform im used to my nissan's and SR/RB engines.

ive researched in this but my car is throwing the infamous CEL. so i decide to look into the CFK trick that i got from FFS tech. i did this really late into the night hoping it will solve my problems with trying to pass emissions over here in Cobb county. i turn the ignition on (2) shows the light as expected/ fire up the car and runs good no CEL light on or anything for a few secs. then when i try to start back up again it sounds like the battery/engine dies on me. i know to my knowledge that i have followed the steps to perform the trik thoroughly but seems to have some sort of issue. (forgot to mention i am using a obd2 USDM ecu with a b18b) i would like to hear any solutions or routes to take to further get my integra on the road to enjoy the vehicle!. also im not quite sure but if i were to purchase an obd2 JDM ecu it should solve the problem as well correct? my real question is that would it be able to pass emission since its not the USDM ecu/motor . any and all help would be greatly appreciated! thanks again IA
