Oh dont get me wrong, i hated my b16 and actually went back to my d16 LOL. They are a torqueless wonder. But at least they do eventually pull a little bit unlike a LS. I dont generally swap engines to worry about what gas i gotta run.
I have heard from many people and checked it out myself on honda-tech.com.. And a b16 motor can create the greastest power out of the b-series motors...
keep the B16
GOT VTEC?
if im building an engine i dont worry about what gas i have to run but if its a put around town or long trips car i try to stay with reg. but i dont know about the b16 making the most power of the b series... i actually have a hard time believing it
LSV! On 93 octane, I put down 478 on 16 pounds. lol.
All motor cheapish build, go LSV. For a cheapish turbo build b16..
@capt The only thing I can think about them saying that for is b/c of the b16 being known for their close to perfect rod stroke ratio..
Nvm I just read the OP. So do you have a b16b or b16a2? Depending on what vehicle it's in I'd keep it.. Imo DA's are ugly.
