Default 92' Civic Power Door Locks (please help)

Okay well this didn't just start I've been dealing with the issue I'm having since I traded for the car several months ago! The car is a 92' civic lx with all power options (except-sunroof).

I'm having trouble with only 1 power lock wanting to lock/unlock (front passenger) the other 3 (front driver/ driver rear/passenger rear) don't lock/unlock at all when I hit the lock switch! Also the only 1 that locks/unlocks only do this when the car is running, when it's off it doesn't do anything! The car does have an aftermarket alarm (name-unknown) installed from previous owner! I can hear the actuator wanting to lock/unlock the doors when the car is running but the only 1 that actually lock/unlock is the (front passenger).

I'm getting tired of having to manually lock the doors & set the alarm! I'm not sure where to begin diagnosing this issue but I'm looking to get this fixed asap! I wanting to be able to lock/unlock the doors & arm/disarm the alarm from my keypad asap! It's getting ridiculous!

    PLEASE HELP!

i would say it would be a mix of your alarm and install of the relays. this is a prime example of the possibilities that can go wrong when an alarm is installed improperly.
