Default '98 Integra - starting difficulty

Got my Integra on the 28th and the previous owner stated it had a starter issue which has become apparent. Occasionally, when I turn the key it takes forever to start....kinda like it takes forever for the power to get to the starter. Where are some places I can start searching for the issue? Where is the starter relay?

It doesn't do anything for a brief minute and then it starts up. Someone PM'd me and said it needed a starter from when a past owner had it.

When the brushes in the starter start going bad it can do a delay or lag start sometimes like a weak battery. You can swap it out and try that....

The battery is what I was thinking it was but wasn't sure. Hell, I may replace some things anyway. Thanks.

i found the best was to make sure its not the battery is to use jumper cables as if you are jumping it off with another car. If it still does it then its not the battery.

Or disconnect the negative battery terminal when it's running. If the car dies, the battery needs to be replaced.

If the starter relay is going bad it also does the same delay start issue

Where would the starter relay be? Couldn't find it on the outside cover of the engine bay fuse box.
