    Default need help car wont start!

    hey whats up IA.just wanted to see if anyone could help me out on my problem.well my boy just bought a da integra and the person he bought it from said that the starter was going out in it and one day when they were driving it,the car started to sputter and died.the said it wouldn't start since then.i was thinking the fuel pump,but the fuel pump cuts on when you turn the key over.so i replaced the starter and it steal don't turn over.it does nothing.just wanted to see if ya had any ideas before i get a new fuel pump.o yea i got the starter from a junkyard and they said it was guarantee to work (u know how that goes)but it still don't turn over what ya think any help!!

    both.i just got done checking it am thinking its a bad ground or something.
