checked and good im not sure where its coming from but the main relay is keeping a very small amount of power enough to keep the relay stuck if i manually pull the magnet and what ever the piece of metal is apart inside the relay with the key down it wont pull it back so im going to pull the multi meter out and see how many volts it is keeping in there anyone have a pin out for the relay

Why not pull the fuel pump fuse? That will kill it.
