Default 92 Accord-no power... ECU fuze was blown also...any ideas?

a friends 92 accord LX suddenly crapped out. It won't power up at all, no ignition power or anything. I found a blown 20Amp ECU fuze under the hood. Replaced it, and nothing. All other fuzes are good. Would bad ECU keep the car from powering up completely?

    Thanks!

Yeah a bad ECU could stop a car from starting all together.

before you go trying to start the car, you need to find the wiring short that caused the ECU fuse to pop. The first place to look is the o2 sensors. Wires tend to get pinched / burned / melted when they are close to the exhaust. The fuse didn't pop for no reason. If you don't figure out what caused it to happen in the first place - then you will just keep running into teh same problem
