Exclamation '94 Prelude Fuel Pump Issue.

Finally got my new windshield in, went to drive it and the fuel pump isn't coming on. I checked the main relay and it's clicking, but no power to the pump. I've tried three different ECU's and same result. The car will stay running with carb cleaner, so it's just a fuel issue. Someone help me pleaseee!

Checked the main relay wire for the fuel pump and it gets power when it clicks. So....

could be a clogged fuel filter, it happened to my friend and he shock it around a bit and the car started. or it could be a fuse or relay. just my idea

The main relay comes on, but the fuel pump doesn't. And all the fuses are good.
