Yeah good luck on that. Nobody will admit they can do it on a public forum.

Ive asked around a lot of places and any of them that actually do it say that they can only do OBD1 cars. My car used to be OBD2 untill the turbo and ECU swap to OBD1. Now comes that time of year and I need to find someone. Hell Ill meet up with someone if ya like, im 22, im no cop. Tattoos, piercings, hell of a driving record

This was a way back but not sure if they still do business on the side but, on Buford hwy theres a small shop next to O.K. Body shop. My mom actually told me about this place when we had a VW back in the day.

man some people dont think. Look man just find a way to register it in a county that you dont have to have emmisions, someone on here might let you use their address, if you are cool with them.

If your car was originally obd 2 that is how it gets tested. They are not going to test it as an obd1 car. You will have convert it back to obd2 to get it to pass obd port scan test.

Haha I just learned that I no longer have to do emissions. Apparently rural georgia doesn't give a shit about it. I think I will go catless just because I can.

Putting my OBD2 back in will throw like 50 sensors off. If I want to go the "Honost" way then I have to take out my 450cc injectors put in my stock ones, convert ECU's again, find a cat somewhere and put that in, take off one of my charge pipes, and still wont have any garantee that it will pass

Your car is fucking obd2 I don't wanna here you bitchin. As long as you can get the car to run on an obd2 ecu that is hooked up to a diagnostic port and not throw any codes you will pass.

I had a friend with a spec v, he hated it, but he still had to get emmisions.
