    Well the shit is fucking Bullshit. Apparently they dont use hi-temp paint when the paint it so all the black paint is fucked up. Now i gotta paint it for him. Thats what the problem was.

    ...you won't ever get any paint to stick on it [not even the 1200-1400° ceramic paint], just clean it really well and put a header wrap on it and call it a day.
