    Default Hey guys what's up I want to make my civic faster!

    Wassup guys? I just bought a 96 Civic EX with VTEC! I am about to start modding the motor so that I can shut those V8 guys up who always talk about displacement. Heh, displacement is over rated amirite?

    So yea I already bought my euros and a Japan Star Medallion Exhaust from ebay, so I have the basic boltons covered. I gained about 20hp from the exhaust but I want more! (Who doesn't lol)

    Should I do a cold-air-intake next? I have heard that you can gain like 30hp because they actually boost (like a turbo) the amount of air that goes into the motor and it helps VTEC act faster.

    I was also thinking about doing NOS. I think it would be hella tite to have that shit under my seat so I can just open the bottle and spray all over a v8's happy ass. Wat do you think?

    Also, since my car has VTEC should I get a VTEC controller? I have heard they help it come on faster and boost harder. What about a ground kit? Cam gears? Oh and I can't forget I ordered some AEM underdrive pulleys, hopefully they will add some more unused power.

    My power goal is about 300hp to the wheels and I want to run 10 second quarters, will NOS and a Cold-air-intake get me there?

    NAWS and a *~JDM~* CAI will help you out. But i hear turbonators! reallllllly wake those motors up! Kind of like a turbo, but cheaper and almost as much power! Good luck with your quest on building one of the most kiLLeR cars ever to come out of the land of the rising sun!

    yeah you are but you are also a stupid idiot b/c that is a lip kit, not a body kit and the sides are gone. as for the indiglos, i can have a bit a of ricer and still be ok. learn that before you bash noob- and to think i gave a +1. i think a -1 is in order.

    Hey yo fo sho get that nOS! I lined up with this civic that nad the NOS and vtak kicked in at like 2k rpm!!! As soon as the light turned green it was like i didn't knwo where he went! I was like WTF that was so JDM Tyte man!

    on a serious note for some quick and easy HP buy a NOS sticker and a APC sticker and that should be good for about 20HP each. But for the most HP get a Importatlanta sticker ive heard that they were dynoed at like 50hp .

    Euros are lighter than the stock lights AND they give better light. Plus they add some style.

    Hell yea man, you know how it is. CF all the way. Should I get a CF hood? I hear they actually add HP because there is less mass in the motor so it frees up power or something? That's what my buddy with a sick integra told me.
