no, just make sure that you go ahead and put in a new water pump, timing belt, and type r oil pump. Other than that it's pretty much straight forward. If you have the money/time etc. to put in pr3 pistons from the B16a2 then you will get a nice little bump in compression. The GSR block with the GSR pistons in combination with the B16 head will be fairly low compression.
