Didn't pass emmissions

I reported the place that fucked me on my emmissions today. The lady said they would do an investigation. That is fucked up that they did that to your buddy about a fucking gas cap. So now Im stuck with no emmissions test that passed and a expired tag. Does any body out there know how I can get it to pass. I probably would have paid the 100.00 dollars but the fact is his fucking boss called right after I failed to ask him if I was going to pay. What a dick!!!

That guy was nice to even to make that offer. $100 is really low. It is a $10K fine and his license. He should have just failed you and sent you on your way - then you could go spend a lot of money to fix your POS. Hopefully, a narc like you can't afford to fix it, and will have to take the bus.
