if it was on the dyno u can tell if its gonna pass or not by hte amount of time u run it on 15 mph and 25 mph. what i mean is if it takes more then a few seconds to get to the next test it will mostlikely not pass that current test.

if he had it on a 4 gas machine just by looking at the number he can tell whether it gonna pas or not, before he finishes the test.
