It is not very difficult. I have done two clutch changes on my 5spd. You will need to put together extensions and ujoints to get to the top tranny bolts. As far as what you will need for the 5spd swap, tranny, shifter assembly, pedal assembly, clutch pressure plate flywheel, driveshaft, tranny crossmember, and a few other things. Go over to e30tech.com or r3vlimited.com and do some searching. One of the members would probably put you a swap kit together for around $500. You can also go to Strictly German in braselton, couple miles past Road Atlanta. They will have everything you need in stock. They sometimes quote shitty prices on the phone but if you go with cash they'll give you a good deal. I'm sure he'd put you a used kit together for around $500.
