I have it done to my car and I did it myself. well you do have to drill out the spot welds on the radiator core support and pull that out and replace it with the jdm one. the fenders and hood bolt like stock. it is an easy process but take ur time. it took me a month to do mine. wiring is a little bit of a headache but not too bad.
also since my jdm front core support was damaged(thanks password jdm), I could only use the radiator "T" bracket, but everything else bolted up fine, I just have to do some final adjustments still. you can actually use all of your old bolts from your front end to bolt up your new one.
