we can do a LSVTEC swap for this much:

    VTEC HEAD:$400
VTEC ECU:$180 or $100-150 if its OBD2 (UBERDATA CHIPPED if its OBD1)
    GE CONVERSION LSVTEC KIT:$200(includes headgasket)
    VTEC DIZZY:$100-150
    LABOR:$600
worse case scenario, youll have to make sure you have a intake manifold and TB to go with it, so that may be a TAD more money. this doesnt include replacing the timing belt or waterpump. something you may want to do.

JDM94coupe, if he does and LSVTEC, he still has the shitty LS tranny, no way around it.

    SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT:
GSR IS MORE RELIABLE AND MAKES MORE POWER THAN AN LSVTEC (STOCK VS STOCK)

since you already have an LS longblock you can prob do this:
Buy a GSR longblock for $1500 (you can find them all day long)
sell your LS LONGBLOCK for $600-700 if its in good shape.
Use the remaining money to swap the GSR longblock in. And all youll need to do is find a VTEC ECU.

little bit longer, and you have to find someone to purchase the LS longblock, but if your patient you can do it, choice is yours.

if your LS has high mileage, its a time bomb if you want to rev it to 8200rpms all day long (STOCK VTEC REDLINE).

i never understood why people want to spend that much money on a lsvtec, when you cant take advantage of VTEC cause of the weaker LS bottom end.
