UPDATE FROM MY LAST POST
[SAME PROBLEMS]
1st Problem!
Engine: D15
Ok so ive replaced my old iacv with a used one && on cold starts SOMETIMES it idles fine
& SOMETIMES it idles like crazy. [i dont have a tach so dont know to what rpm]

So if its not the Iacv what other problem could be causing it to idle alot? Throttle Body???

2nd Problem!

On Cold Starts My Engine Doesn't Start on the first try .till like the 3rd

Example: I crank it,turns on.stays on for a few seconds then dies..
Second try -the same....
Till the third try, it shakes a bit then stays on

Which leads to problem #1
