Coolant in the floor board definitely sounds like a heater core...

Since you rebuilt the head did you use new cylinder head bolts? Any coolant in your oil?

If the head is not seated properly compression can be let into the system and the heater core is usually the first thing to blow.

i got some arps so the oem bolts could be set to rest

there is not a drop of coolant in the oil

if the heater core is garbage would that cause me to have slim to no pressure in the radiator hoses????

and if the heater core is the first to blow can in blow in a matter of 15 seconds or less?
