A stock ej1 (1992 civic DX hatchback from what googled, I don't speak Honda code, so I assumed the trim levels and such) had 175/70/13s with a major diameter of 22.7 inches. Larger tires will make the speedo read slower, and smaller tires will make it read higher.
STOCK 175/70/13 -->22.7 inch major diameter This will yield the most accurate speedometer
Good sizes:
185/65/13 --> 22.4 inches major diameter -.3 inch difference
195/65/13--> 23 inches major diamter +.3 inch difference
195/60/13--> 22.2 inches major diameter -.5 inch difference
205/60/13--> 22.7 inches major diamter very accurate speedometer, same as stock
215/55/13-->22.3 inches major diameter -.4 inch difference
215/60/13-->23.1 inch major diameter +.4 inch difference
225/55/13-->22.8 +.1 inch difference
14 inch sizes:
185/60/14-->22.8 major diameter +.1 inch difference
195/55/14-->22.4 inches major diameter -.3 inch difference
205/55/14-->22.9 inches major diameter +.2 inch difference
215/50/14-->22.5 inches major diameter -.2 inch difference
