Now that I'm a proud owner of a CBR600RR
I say we should have a bike
meet!!
Ide love to meet fellow riders and make new friends.
I figured I would post this now so we can have plenty of time in advanced
to have a day figured planned out and meet up and have a BBQ
or just chill!
Maybe around April, may, or June.
Just put in your 2cents and we can work from that!!
I would also like to find people with parts or connections, because I'm dowmn for deals.

We need a meet up point and a final destination
depends where everyone is located, but find a central location and make a run up blood mountain or somwhere up in north georgia, then back somwhere else like a large park or somthing for a BBQ. just my 2 cents
Blood Mountain sounds good. I just hate riding w/ people I don't know. I'll stay at the back. No offense just don't feel comfortable at 1st. On the way back I'd feel ok I bet.

I'm the same way, I've been riding with the same people, so you know there movements and how they act on the road
id come to a meet and bbq or something, but mountains is sketchy. group of ppl gets noticed, cops check every inch of your nike looking to give you a ticket, people want to measure dicks and start getting careless.
im more of a "lets meet at xxx and ride to xxx to eat, and see if we wanna ride somewhere else after that"

may want to stay away from the mtns this time of year especially after the weather they just got....lots of sand/gravel/salt still on the roads as they got a bit of snow and ice. Not good riding up there until probably middle of spring.

lol.... ok im down with the " not riding with anyone i dont know" stuff..... But i have been up there. Other than 180 the roads are fine...lol.... 180 wasnt even that bad... If i can make it thru there hanging half off my dual sport on knobs then my street bike should be easy.. I live close to the mtns and go weekly...

I was just in your neck of the woods bout an hour ago. Nice enough outside to ride so I took advantage of it.
ive turned into such a fair weather rider in the last few years. i only go out if im really itching, until its 70+ deg out.
