sounds like you need to slap your friend. Like everyone stated earlier, the middle 2 move together and the outer 2 move together. As long as you can turn the crank, then you should be fine.

its good, i ckecked the block. also the guy I got it from said it just need to be honed and cleaned up. Thanks everybody for showing.

All pistons come up and and go down with out it being hard to turn.
