Are you missing the rubber boot, the one underneath your "normal" boot that seals the inside from the outside? Do you have aftermarket mounts or inserts? That may cause your mounts to be too stiff... Just some ideas, hope you find out.

i checked it its still there maybe i just need new inserts... but thanks for the help bro.
