This isn't how fast you can really go, more of how fast your gears, tires, and RPMs will let you go. There are a lot of variables, wind, torque, horsepower, aerodynamics, etc.

Wanting to change gears, maybe wanting to change to a B16 tranny, but scared of RPM change on the interstate? Calculate what your RPM will be at the speed you want.
i have a jdm b16 in my si w/cams and i am around 4200-4600rpm running 85-90 down the interstate. at 80mph i get better gas mileage but even at 85mph id doesn't drop it noticeably.

i know for a fact that a stock 99-00 Si will go 145mph with an intake alone on it, but it took some road to do it but it will and will stop at 6300 rpm in 5th.
