f22 do pretty decent
50/50 on any car with that hit of mileage.
my 93 accord has 216k on it. it runs great but burns oil. lol
I wouldn't touch an F22 Auto. tranny with that many miles.

yea really kinda depends on IF the previous owner has Taken care of all duties under the hood... ect...
are you looking at dealers, or personal sales like Craigslist? I got my civic with 118k off of craigslist for 5k. So far it has treated me very well.
