Default Civic Si Maintenance Check Light

I changed my oil when my car was saying that it had 30% oil life and now the maintenance light is still on saying that i have not changed the oil? It did not say 100% after i changed my oil and now it reads 15% and the light turns on every time i start my car.. does anyone know why its doing that?

    Please LMK ASAP! Thanks
