Default Headlight replacement 2007 Lexus IS 250

Sup guys, Ive got a 07 Lexus with factory HID's and one of them is out. I already have the new bulb. My question is, what all is involved? Tearing front end down? The dealership told her it would be over 400 bucks, and I am doing it on the side. How much would I charge for something like that. Any helpful hints/tips/advice will be rewarded with +14-15 reps. Thanks in advance.
