no its not going to clear the hood "factory spec" but will when i get done with the hood.

and the fan is a 3000cfm perma cool fan. what im basically going to do is put as small of a cowl as i can and mount a 99-04 mustang gt scoop just above the fan to pull in fresh air to push through

sounds.... interesting lol. I'm sure it will turn out much better than I'm picturing though. But, ya do what ya gotta do to get it running right
