What coil-overs do you have? What is the spring rate? Strut bars reduce chassis flex making the body more rigid, they have nothing to do with suspension movement or body roll.

Invest in sway bars. If you have to buy them might as well go aftermarket instead of OEM, unless you can find the 22mm Civic Type-R rear setup. The SI is only 13mm, you don't want that. ASR makes a 24mm rear sway bar for the '96-00 Civic for $170 (ASR-EK-24S-01) or you can get the 32mm for $440 (ASR-EK-SU-25)...talk about some serious oversteer lolol!! I'd suggest the complete subframe kits though, well worth the investment.
