Or hammer the tabs on the rails flat and put the bolts all the way through the floor board, reinforce it with something, and put nuts/washers on the bottom side.

the wagon seats i think would only need 2 holes drilled to make work possibly. if my brother could use a welder for a day then i would be good to go and put the del sol seat in it and call it a day. but as i stated me and hole drilling is bad ju ju.
