    I dont know what it is. It looks like an oil pump from a 710 series 20 cylinder diesel train engine lol

    looks like it could possibly be a turbo-like something for a diesel engine. can't be too sure though.

    Apparently its is part of the load absorption unit off a dynamometer.
    I guess it turns hydraulic pressure into rotational force.
