I wouldn't buy a heavily modded car from someone who doesn't even know how to give you proper specs. That would make me believe that he doesn't know half the stuff he should to keep the car properly maintained.

Also, if anybody mentioned to me that the car I was about to buy was jumped AT ALL, then I would RUN away from the deal.
