    Default Power steering ?

    can someone tell me how to remove the power steering without it locking up, or provide a link that can, THANKS

    what do you mean by power steering?

    No belt?
    No Pump?
    No rack?

    ya but i heard you cant just remove it or it would lock up

    I've never done thing, but I assume if you remove the pump there still needs to be some fluid to help lubricate the rack. If you have it full, the fluid has no where to go so it will lock up. If there is no fluid in there the rack will go to shit.

    Now, I am not 100% on this. But why? to gain 3% of free spinning weigh? Lose 5 lbs?

    it's stupid.

    My brother took his off and i was just makeing sure his wheel wouldn lock up on him, and i might do it as well, more direct feeling to the floor

    Civics don't need PWR Steering. I had a DX and loved how it feeled especially auto-xing. Now my Accord needed PS. 6"1 240lbs and still hard to turn.
