On a FWD DSM, it's gonna be a bit harder to run in the 12's with some minimal mods unless you have good traction. Slicks, retreads, or DR's are gonna be of alot of help. As far as "upgrades" are concerned, you should start with the basic stuff first. Turbo back exhaust is good for about 40whp on a BONE STOCK car with stock turbo. That alone should bring you to 235-240whp. From there, it's really up to where you want the ceiling to be. You have a ton of options and avenues to help you meet that goal.
