Need some info on making my gst fast new to the dsm world

Someone let me know what these cars run in the quarter stock and what mods i would need to run in the low 13's or mid 12's. All advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I've seen virtually stock dsm's run low 14's in the quarter. With your mods and I guess you're running a 14b you could hit low 13s with your setup.

stock on a brand new motor would be low 14's....but typically a used stock ds will run between 14.5-15.0. Although they are really cheap to mod and easy to make go faster. 13's should be no problem, 12's will most likely require some slicks or draf radials on a FWD. check this page out I know it says it's for 2gs but all the mods on the page will work on your car as well. I think RRE (road race engeineering) has a write up like this one for 1g.
