    Alt... Or something is draining it.

    Charge battery and take terminal off, see if it runs with out the battery connected. This will give you a good indication if it is the alt. or not.
    Back to being stock and slow

    This doesnt work all times this is a OLD trick back in the 60's-70's before they came out with computer controlled ECU's!

    Lots of this new technology ECU's they will keep the car running even if the battery is out of the car!
