    Default Emissions

I have a 96 Honda civic Dx. I have a B16a2 from a 99 Honda civic si swapped in. The engine is all stock.Meaning injectors pistons cams valves everything. I have a DC Sport 4to1 header and a intake with a 2.5" exhaust to the muffler with no cat.The car is converted to OBD1 and running a P06 chipped for V-tech with a crome P30 basemap. Now i have a guy interested in purchasing the car. I live in Macon,Ga. He is from FayetteCounty. What do i need to do for it to pass emissions. ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ??????

Put it back to OBD2. It will never pass otherwise because you HAVE to have the OBD2 system for emissions on 96+

No. The OBD2 system must be running the car so all the tests are "ready." Thats the only way it will pass, you cant fake an OBD2 system so it will pass.
