I never tack rag between coats because you are essentially wiping wet paint.

after you let it flash and dry to the touch then tack it off..color will come off on the cloth but dosnt effect anything..i just did it this way since i wasnt not in a control environment paint booth,ectOriginally Posted by BKiller
