I understand safety is top priority when riding a motorcycle, but it's Georgia. How do you people stand wearing a leather jacket, boots, pants, gloves when its high 80 degrees outside and Georgia is known for its humidity also.

They had it worse because there weren't water fountains on every street corner, and no such thing as composite breathable textiles like polyester or nylon.
Times have changed... and while many people who have grown up in the modern age with air conditioning, electricity, etc... some people can get by fine without the benefit of such amenities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
