Default rear calipers on 98 prelude

I am trying to get the brakes on the back of my prelude changed and he cant get the caliper to compress. Could someone please tell me what to do about this situation? How to make it compress?

they are probably the kind of calipers you have to kinda turn the caliper piston while you compress it
i always used the tool for it but ive seen people put a screw driver in the grooves sideways on the piston and push and twist to get it to go back in
    might be that
i know thats the way the accord rear discs are
